Order Changes or Cancellations:
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Order Status:
To check your order status, simply review your shipping confirmation email or contact our support team with your order number.


🚚 Shipping Information
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated Delivery:

  • United States: 5–7 business days after shipment.

  • Europe: 10–15 business days after shipment.

  • International Orders: 15–25 business days, depending on location.

Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Tracking updates usually appear within 48 hours.


↩️ Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact Pack-Beasts@outlook.com with your order number.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a shipping label and detailed instructions.

Please note that customized, sale, or gift card items cannot be returned.


💳 Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund decision.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us for assistance.
